Self Portrait!
Pencil drawing self portrait in the sketchbook. Very sketchy!
I must admit that I brought this drawing into Photoshop to put the eyes in the correct place and reduce their size. I guess it looks a bit like me know.
I've never been great at capturing a likeness. I've been practicing in a cheap crappy paper sketchbook. I have plenty of opportunity to watch those inner critic voices pop up and see them go on their merry way.
Drawing in this sketchbook is a bit of a mindfulness 'practice' where I pay attention to the pencil or pen on the paper, notice thoughts coming and going and focus back on the drawing at hand.
